1.6.11. System of regulation of the drive of driving wheels (ASR)

The system of regulation of the drive of driving wheels prevents skidding of driving wheels at dispersal of the car.
The system of regulation of the drive of driving wheels (ASR) is a component of electronic system of dynamic stabilization (ESP).
Under adverse road conditions the system of regulation of the drive of driving wheels (ASR) considerably facilitates start-off about places, dispersal and the movement uphill.

Principle of action
ASR works in the automatic mode, i.e. without participation of the driver. By means of sensors the ABS device controls the frequency of rotation of driving wheels.
