NOTE
Removal and the GBTs installation are described on the example of the right GBTs.

Removal
Remove the engine.
Disconnect the engine from the transmission.
Remove chains of the drive of camshafts from these shaft.

Remove the case of electromagnetic valves of regulation of phases of gas distribution (fig. 2.460).
Turn off covers of bearings 1, E3, E5, A3 and A5.
Remove an oil separator.

Serially cross turn off and uncover E2, E4, A2 and A4 bearings of cam-shafts of inlet and final valves (fig. 2.461).
Remove cam-shafts of inlet and final valves.

Installation
The bent shaft has to be recorded in the provision of VMT by means of a bolt clamp.

NOTE
Replace the bolts / screws tightened on a certain corner, and also sealing rings, manzhetny consolidations and laying.

Insert cam-shafts in the provision of VMT into GBTs.
Forward vents have to be in camshafts parallel to the upper edge of GBTs and flush with it.
Lay covers of E2, E4, A2 and A4 bearings.
Establish an oil separator.
On the right GBTs between covers of E4 and A2 bearings.
On the left GBTs between covers of E2 and A2 bearings.
It is serially cross to wrap covers of E2, E4, A2 and A4 bearings of cam-shafts of inlet and final valves (fig. 2.461).
Cross wrap the remained covers of bearings.

NOTE
You watch correctness of installation of centering plugs of covers of bearings 1.

Further installation is carried out in the return sequence.
Establish chains of the drive of camshafts.
Install the engine.

Inhaling moments
Bearing cover to GBTs*: 5 N · m +90 ° **.
Case of electromagnetic valves of regulation of phases газораспределения*: 5 N · m +90 ° **.
* Replace bolts.
** 90 ° correspond to one quarter of a whole revolution.

Establish cam-shafts in GBTs and tighten together with external covers of bearings.
Fix a universal support for the indicator with the indicator of hour type on GBTs.
Extreme wear of a cam-shaft of inlet and final valves.
Axial shift: max. 0,20 mm
