2.9.4. Replacement of an epiploon of the crankshaft on the party of a belt pulley

Removal
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.
Remove a damper of tortional fluctuations.
Establish an internal part of a stripper of manzhetny consolidation aflush with an external part and record a bolt with a nakatka.

Grease a carving head of a stripper of manzhetny consolidations with engine oil, establish and, having strongly pressed, twist it as it is possible more deeply in manzhetny consolidation (fig. 2.397).
Weaken a bolt with a nakatka and to turn an internal part of a stripper against the crankshaft until the epiploon is extended.
Clamp a stripper flat places in a vice.
Remove an epiploon with pincers.

Installation
Clear a working and adjacent surface.

Place the auxiliary adjusting device on the got plug and pull manzhetny consolidation 1 over the got plug (fig. 2.398).
Remove an auxiliary mandrel.

Get the got plug on a bent shaft and pull manzhetny consolidation 1 over a privalochny surface on the engine (fig. 2.399).

NOTE
Leave the adjusting plug on the crankshaft for a press fitting.

Install the expansion plug with mm M8x55 bolts on a bent shaft.
Screw at first bolts by effort of a hand.

Tighten bolts alternately on 1/2 turns to press a sealing ring to the emphasis (fig. 2.400).
Further installation is carried out in the return sequence, at the same time it is necessary observe the following:
– establish a damper of tortional fluctuations.
– establish a radiator frame by means of Ustanovkany details.
– lower an emphasis against a provorachivaniye at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and fasten bolts.
– establish a casing of a front bumper.
– check adjustment of headlights.

Inhaling moment
Emphasis of a support of jet thirst for a radiator frame: 28 N · m.
