3.1.8. Removal and installation of the main cylinder

Dismantle
Remove rubber consolidation of the water taking away box in the direction of an arrow.

Uncover 1 over the water taking away box (fig. 3.13).
Disconnect a weight wire from the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition.
Take both caps 3 by means of the screw-driver.

Unscrew nuts 4 and remove both leads of 2 (fig. 3.14).
Remove clamps 1 and remove a lattice of a fairing of 5 (fig. 3.14).
Remove a distributive box from the water taking away box.
By means of the screw-driver carefully wring out a fixing bracket
the engine control unit with the attached shtekerny sockets put it aside.

Remove the plug 2 from a shtekerny block (fig. 3.15).
Unscrew electric connection 1.

Disconnect clips and take an additional fee of the relay from a distributive box in the direction of up (fig. 3.16).
Extend a plait of wires to the engine together with the rubber plug from a nest of a distributive box.

Turn off nuts and take a distributive box of 1 (fig. 3.17).

NOTE
When performing of the listed below works pay attention to that brake fluid did not get to the water taking away box or on the transmission. If all this occurs, carefully clear this place.
During the work in space for legs it is necessary to protect a rag a rug on a floor from the following brake fluid.

Remove perepuskny a hose And to a tank with brake fluid a clip for a hose from the main cylinder and close (fig. 3.18).

Take from a partition rubber plugs over a connecting tube for a perepuskny hose.
Wring out a safety bracket With by means of the screw-driver against the stop and pull for the pipeline B a little.

Unscrew a tank bolt with brake fluid 1 and pull the plug of the sensor of level of brake fluid (fig. 3.19) down.

NOTE
Do not remove a tank with brake fluid.

Dismantle вакуумопровод to the amplifier of brakes of 1 (fig. 3.20).
Unscrew two Torx screws.

NOTE
For descriptive reasons the tank with brake fluid is not shown.

For twisting of the top Torx screw it is necessary to turn a little a tank with brake fluid aside.
Remove a ware box from the driver
Remove a servopruzhina.
Disconnect a brake pedal from the amplifier of brakes.
Disconnect a steering column from the hydraulic booster (arrow A).

Separate electric shtekerny connections on the sensor of a pedal of coupling 1, the switch of stoplights 2 and on the module of the accelerator pedal 3 (fig. 3.21).
Disconnect the shtekerny socket (in the presence) on the coupling pedal sensor which is responsible for start of the engine.
Unscrew the fixing screw of a basic arm (arrow B) and take pedal knot assembled.

Disconnect draft of the drive / main thing of the cylinder from a coupling pedal in the way (fig. 3.22) described below.

NOTE
At an unblocking you watch that the pedal of coupling did not hit against fastening of the sensor of a pedal of coupling. Since fastening can break.
For the purpose of ensuring rather hard landing of the sensor of a pedal of coupling and the sensor of a pedal of coupling (Interlockschalter) in pedal knot, only 1 time is allowed to install these sensors.

Establish pincers for tips of candle wires in deepenings of a pedal of coupling, squeeze fastening and disconnect a coupling pedal from the main cylinder.
Remove a safety bracket 1 and a pedal of coupling 2.

Unscrew screws 3 and remove the main cylinder 4 (fig. 3.23).

Installation
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.
Install the main cylinder 4 and tighten screws 3 with the moment of 20 N · m.

Establish fastening 1 in a pedal of coupling (fig. 3.24).
For fixing press a coupling pedal in the direction of an arrow. At the same time you monitor the correct fixing of fastening 1 in a coupling pedal.
The assistant is necessary for the following works.

Establish pedal knot assembled and strongly tighten the screw 1. At the same time the assistant has to install the pipeline from the water taking away box in the main cylinder (fig. 3.25).
Fixing screws of the amplifier of brakes tighten with the moment 25 N · m.
Press a lock bracket And against the stop.
Insert the pipeline B into the working cylinder before the heard click of a tube (fig. 3.18).
Install the rubber plug D through a connecting tube / perepuskny a hose And in a partition.
Pull perepuskny a hose And over a tank of brake fluid against the stop.
Remove a hose clip.
Twirl the fixing screw of 1 tank of brake fluid and connect the plug of the sensor of level of brake fluid (fig. 3.19).
Tighten the screw with an internal hexagon (arrow B) of fastening of pedal knot on a dashboard support with the moment of 25 N · m.
Connect shtekerny connections 1, 2 and 3 (fig. 3.21).
Connect the shtekerny socket (in the presence) on the coupling pedal sensor which is responsible for start of the engine.
Attach a brake pedal to the amplifier of brakes.
Fix a steering column on the hydraulic booster (arrow A).
Establish a servopruzhina.
Establish a ware box from the driver.
Remove air from coupling knot.
Install a distributive box and tighten nuts with the moment of 4 N · m (fig. 3.17).
Lay a plait of wires to the engine and connect plugs on a shtekerny block.
Install the engine control unit.
If necessary establish an additional fee of the relay and the additional block of safety locks.
Densely press a cover and tighten screws cross-wise with the moment of 4 N · m.
