Rubber gate

Watch rice 4.30.

Gate case
The rubber gate for tubeless tires is executed so that to pressurize an opening in a disk rim. Elastic material of the rubber case strong nestles in a rim opening.
At the twisted metal gates rubber laying condenses a joint with a rim. Regional surfaces of an opening of the gate are at the same time sealing. Therefore on them there should not be a rust, pollution and damages.

Gate zolotnik
The major task in the gate is carried out by a zolotnik. It pressurizes and allows to regulate air pressure. The small dish-shaped sealant on a zolotnik provides tightness only in that a case if on it there are no pollution and moisture. In compressors for a rating of tires there should not be water and oil.

Cap
On the gate the cap has to be always fastened. It prevents hit of dirt in the gate. At existence of pollution in the gate they, at a tire rating, would get on a plate sealant of the gate and to cause leakage.
At each new installation of the tire the gate needs to be replaced.
When driving without caps on gates there is a danger hit of dirt in them. It will lead to slow sinking of the tire that can become subsequently a tire cause of destruction.

ATTENTION
Tightness is provided only at densely fastened cap.
