General provisions
For connection and shutdown of the measuring device the checked line has to be blocked on the central valve as much as possible to reduce leak of oil and not to empty the central valve which is under pressure.
Before removal or a detachment of any DRC components surely block the respective line on the central valve. If during the works on DRC to the open central valve there is even a small leak of oil, then the subsequent check of pressure in system with comparison of the set and actual values is anyway necessary. In case of understating of the minimum pressure replacement of the corresponding central valve is necessary.
The small leak of oil from connections at the closed central valve happening at an accession / detachment of the measuring device is not critical. It is necessary to avoid repeated measurements since at each connection the system is left by a little oil. At the subsequent connection it leads to pressure decrease approximately on 0,3 bars in comparison with the previous measurement. Thus a large number of measurements reduces pressure in system to minimum below up to a system exit out of operation.
Dampers and pipelines as spare parts are delivered empty.
Filling is made only at the room temperature (about 20 °C).
Dampers are filled only in the removed state.
It is forbidden to put the car on wheels with the closed filled system and the blocked central valves. It will surely lead to leaks and an exit of system out of operation.
Do not bend the line.
