Removal
Remove a decorative overlay of a wheel, on light-alloy wheels take off a cap (a removable hook from the onboard tool).
Unscrew the screw with a hexagon of a power shaft (in order to avoid naschastny a case you carry out work only on the car standing on wheels).
Remove a wheel.
Fix a brake disk by a wheel bolt.
Remove a wire of the sensor of frequency of rotation of the ABS system from fastening on a rotary fist.

Unscrew the screw with a hexagon 2 and remove fastening of the brake highway (fig. 4.49).
Unscrew bolts of 1 brake support and remove a support.
Again establish fastening of the brake highway. Insert and tighten the screw with a hexagon 2.
Fix a brake support on a design so that it the weight did not bend / did not damage the brake highway.

Continuation of assembly operations for all cars
Remove a brake support and to strengthen it on a body so that it the weight did not press on a brake hose / the brake highway and did not damage it.

Unscrew the screw 5 of the ABS RPM meter (fig. 4.56).
Remove a brake disk.
Unscrew screws.

Weaken a nut 1, take a six-sided bolt and extend both levers 2 (fig. 4.70) up.
Flaring of shlits in the hug bearing case by means of a chisel, etc. is not allowed.
Turn the hug bearing case in the direction of an arrow aside, at the same time extending a thorn of a power shaft from a wheel nave.
Fix a power shaft on a design, for example, by a wire.

Turn off screws with semicircular heads of 1 (fig. 4.74).
Remove the block of the stupichny bearing.

Press a nave from the bearing of 82 mm (fig. 4.78).
At a press fitting the persistent washer has to lean only on an internal ring of the bearing.

Installation
Install the block of the stupichny bearing in a rotary fist.
Insert and tighten screws with semicircular heads of 1 (fig. 4.74).
Insert the external hinge of a power shaft into a nave and strong tighten a new six-sided bolt.
The glue remains (if are available) on a carving of fingers of hinges need to be removed.
Establish both fingers of the hinge of the top levers in a rotary fist and by means of the special tool attract as much as possible down (fig. 4.56).
Install the new screw 1 and the self-stopped nut and tighten (fig. 4.70).
Install the speed sensor for the ABS system.
Establish a brake disk and a support.
Establish and tighten a wheel
Tighten the screw with a six-sided head of a power shaft (only on the car standing on wheels – danger of accident).
Check and adjustment of a running gear are carried out at the stand for RUUK recommended to VW/Audi.
