After replacement of brake shoes several times strongly press a brake pedal. It is necessary in order that brake shoes reached the working position.
For pumping of brake fluid from a broad tank use capacity for pumping out which adjoins only to brake fluid. Brake fluid is toxic agent therefore it cannot be pumped out a mouth through a hose at all.

The internal block (with an expansion spring) is designated by an arrow. The arrow has to specify in the direction of rotation of a brake disk when driving directly. The wrong installation can result in the increased noisiness when braking.

Before installation of blocks clear the directing surfaces and to put a lubricant layer on the basis of polyurea.
External brake shoes are supplied on a back plate of a block with a sticky film. Before installation the protective film should be removed.
The indicator of wear of brakes is installed in front at the left and on the right.
At the corresponding degree of wear on a combination of devices the control lamp lights up.
Always replace on both wheels of an axis.

Before installation of new brake shoes it is necessary to clear carefully brake supports of pollution (to degrease). At the same time special attention should be paid to removal of the possible remains of a sticky film on adjacent surfaces of external brake shoes.

After installation of a block it is necessary to press a fixing spring under a bracket holder into both openings of a support. At the wrong installation wear of an external brake shoe is not regulated because of what the free wheeling of a pedal of a brake increases.
