Disconnect a weight wire in the accumulator at the switched-off ignition.
Pump out hydraulic oil from steering hydraulic system capacity by means of the device for oil pumping.

When opening a broad tank with cooling liquid there can be a hot steam or hot cooling liquid; cover a cover with rags and open carefully.

Open a cover of a broad tank of cooling liquid.
Remove the right forward wheel.
In cars with an autonomous heater unscrew screws of an exhaust pipe of an autonomous heater and additional heater on the noise-insulating screen.

Release screws or quick disconnect clamps 1 and 2 and remove the forward noise-insulating screen (fig. 7.18).

Remove the right air duct before an additional radiator (fig. 7.37).

Remove the left air duct before an additional radiator (fig. 7.38).
Substitute the pallet for service cranes or under the engine.

It is forbidden to open air conditioning system coolant contour.

To avoid damages of the condenser, and also highways and hoses of coolant, it is necessary to watch that highways and hoses were laid without tightness, excesses and breaks.

Disconnect the socket of 1 sensor of the high pressure (fig. 7.51).
Unscrew screws (shooters).
Remove the condenser and incline together with the connected lines and the installed control unit of the fan of cooling liquid down.
Unscrew bolts (shooters) at the left and on the right on a radiator frame.

Remove an engine cowl sealant on a frame of a radiator and at the edges of a wing (fig. 7.52).

Unscrew screws on bumpers (arrow) (fig. 7.53) at the left and on the right.

The assistant is necessary for removal of a frame of a radiator.

Remove a frame of a radiator and to set aside aside, having protected from capsizing.
Remove a hose collar 2 and disconnect a hose of cooling liquid from a branch pipe on the right.

Turn off hose collars 1 and disconnect a hose of cooling liquid (fig. 7.54).

For the best representation operation is shown at the dismantled engine.

Before removal of a poliklinovy belt note the direction of its movement by chalk or a felt-tip pen. The movement in the opposite direction of the belt which was already in the use can lead to its gap.

Unscrew the tension screw (fig. 7.55).
Take off poliklinovy a belt from a generator pulley.

Remove the generator from an arm and to pull forward (fig. 7.57).

If the generator gets jammed in an arm, again screw the fixing screw to 2 turns.

Carefully knock with the flat party of the hammer on heads of screws – thanks to it plugs of fastening of the generator will be released.
Disconnect a hose of cooling liquid 3 from the generator.

Disconnect the socket 1 (fig. 7.58).
Turn off an electric wire 2 from the generator.
Remove the generator.

Establish in the return sequence.

For fastening of all connections of hoses to use collars of the corresponding series.
For simplification of installation of the generator of the plug of lock screws otodvintenemny back.

It has to facilitate the course of plugs of fastening of the generator as otherwise the effort of a clip of the plug, despite the corresponding torque, is not enough.

Pay attention to correctness of landing and the course of a poliklinovy belt (fig. 7.59).

Impose a dynamometer key on a hexagon of a tension roller and previously to pull with the moment of 70 N · m (fig. 7.60).
At the same time tighten the tension screw the moment of 22 N · m.
Establish a radiator frame with hinged details.
Establish a forward overlay of a bumper.
Before the first start of the engine fill in hydraulic oil in the capacity of a hydraulic system of steering, bladed the pump should not work dry.
Connect the accumulator.
Start the engine and check the belt course.
Fill in cooling liquid.

Inhaling moments
Branch pipes of cooling liquid to the generator: 9 N · m.
The plug 30/B + to the generator: 16 N · m.
The generator to the engine: 22 N · m.
Tension roller to the engine: 22 N · m.
