8.2.8. Adjustment of a back door

Adjustment in the longitudinal direction
Adjustment in the longitudinal direction is carried out by weakening of bolts an arrow A on a rack In top and/or the lower hinge of a door and movement of a door 2 (thanks to the increased openings in the hinge or a rack In) (fig. 8.68).

Moment of an inhaling of 32 N · m.

NOTE
In the figure 8.68 the lower hinge of a door is shown.

Adjustment concerning the center of the car
Adjustment concerning the center of the car is carried out by weakening of bolts of the hinge an arrow B above and/or below and movements of a door (grooves in the hinge) (fig. 8.69).

Moment of an inhaling of 32 N · m.

NOTE
On the top and lower hinges of a door it is established on an adjusting bolt with a fillet.
Therefore as a rule when performing repair adjustment is not required.
If nevertheless adjustment is necessary, adjusting bolts with a fillet can be replaced with the bolts of the same size, length and durability offered in the catalog of spare parts.

NOTE
In a back part of a door adjustment is carried out by means of a lock bracket (towards the center of the car).

Adjustment by means of a lock bracket
Weaken bolts 2.
Use tags of an arrow A or an arrow C for side adjustment (fig. 8.70).

Shift a lock 1 bracket so that the door was established aflush with a contour of a body (fig. 8.70).

NOTE
Adjustment is allowed only towards the center of the car, but not on height.
Use tags of an arrow of B or D for adjustment on height.
At the correct adjustment the bracket of the lock has to enter the door lock on the center.

Tighten bolts the moment of 25 N · m.
