8.3.2. Removal of a windshield

ATTENTION
At glass removal surely use goggles and leather gloves.

Remove screen wiper leads.
Remove an overlay of a fairing.
Take out the water taking away guards at the left and on the right, beginning from below, from fixing levels.
Remove a sun-protection peak at the left, in the center and on the right.
Remove an internal rear-view mirror.
Remove the top overlays of racks And.
Pierce a pricker the glue roller from within in the left bottom corner of glass.

Pass a string in a pricker and to pass through inside (fig. 8.89).

Lay a string under a windshield on perimeter (fig. 8.90).

Attach the end of thread for cutting to a bolt (shooter) of fastening of leads of a screen wiper (fig. 8.91).
Insert a protective film between a windshield and the forward panel.

Fix the beginning of thread for cutting in the coil and make the first section approximately to the middle of glass (fig. 8.92).

Move the coil, as shown in the figure 8.93, and continue cutting.

Move the coil, as shown in the figure 8.94, and establish by-pass a roller.
Cut out glass until thread does not come out a by-pass roller.

Remove by-pass a video and continue cutting (fig. 8.95).

Move the coil, as shown in the figure 8.96, and establish by-pass a roller in the top radius of glass.
Insert a protective film between a windshield and an upholstery of a ceiling.
Cut out glass until thread does not come out a by-pass roller.
Remove by-pass a video and continue cutting.
Repeat process in the left top and lower radiuses of glass.
Cut out glass completely.
Take out glass by means of two double vacuum captures.
