Components of side glass are shown in fig. 8.103.

Side glass with consolidation
Stick a zone at edges of glasses with an adhesive tape 6 on a textile basis for protection of varnishing against damages.

Pierce a pricker the glue roller from within on side glass 1 in the direction of a rack In (fig. 8.104).
To involve thread for cutting 4 inside and fix it on the motionless handle 3.
Fix other end on the mobile handle 5 (fig. 8.104).
The assistant has to pierce the glue roller, as shown in the figure 8.104.
Carry out thread for cutting to a bottom via the glue roller 2.

NOTE
On corners cut the cutting movements easier to overcome glue.

Push thread for cutting 4 inside and the motionless handle 3 at a rack of D behind in the glue roller 2 (fig. 8.105).

Carry out thread for cutting 4 on the glue roller by means of the mobile handle.
Push thread for cutting 4 inside and the motionless handle 3 at a rack With from above in the glue roller 2 (fig. 8.106).

Carry out thread for cutting 4 on the glue roller upward by means of the mobile handle (fig. 8.106).
Take out glass from a cut.

Side glass with a package of the chromeplated slips
Remove an overlay of racks of C/D.
Paste an adhesive tape 3 for protection of varnishing against damages at a rack of C and D, as well as on a sidewall (fig. 8.107).

Take out a decorative level 1 of brackets in the direction of 2 (fig. 8.107) forward.

ATTENTION
Do not allow a bend of a decorative level of a roof.

By means of a plastic wedge carefully remove a decorative level of a roof 1 of brackets down, beginning from a rack With (fig. 8.108).

Raise a decorative level of a roof at a rack of D in precisely the same way from brackets and pull out it down.
Lay a string on perimeter of side glass according to the figure 8.108.
Fix the ends of X and Y on two mobile handles from a set of the special tool.
The easy cutting movements pull thread in the direction of an arrow A and cut through the glue roller below at a sidewall and at a frame of a roof (fig. 8.109).

Then stretch a string in the direction of an arrow B through the glue roller down.
Take out glass from an aperture.
